Sophie Graver, RMT

Massage Therapy

Sophie Graver is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and the owner of Granted Wellness. In 2017, she graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC.

Her approach to treatment is rooted in the understanding that people are rarely dealing with just one thing at a time. Physical tension, stress, injury, mental overload, poor sleep, overuse, and nervous system fatigue often overlap, and treatment should make space for all of it.

Sophie is known for treatments that blend focused therapeutic work with a calming, restorative flow. While she enjoys deep tissue techniques and treatment-based care, her approach is never abrupt or aggressive for the sake of intensity. Treatments are adapted thoughtfully to each client’s goals, comfort level, and how their body is responding that day.

She has a particular interest in stress-related tension, nervous system downregulation, TMJ dysfunction, headaches, rotator cuff injuries, hand and forearm strain, prenatal and postpartum care, and concussion symptom support.

Clients often describe Sophie’s treatments as both grounding and deeply restorative. She intentionally protects her capacity to be present, creating an environment where clients feel heard, cared for, and able to fully settle into the experience without feeling rushed.

Originally from the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island, Sophie relocated to the Okanagan in 2021 and now proudly calls Kelowna home. Outside the clinic, she spends most of her time with her husband and their superhero-obsessed toddler, usually somewhere outdoors with coffee in hand and snacks packed for the adventure ahead.
